...Thimble, the nimble cat!
(Remembering TS Eliot's "Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats" my copy of which has mysteriously disappeared.)Incredibly I enjoyed making this block. I say incredibly because I don't get on with cats: they make me sneeze, and in a room full of people they always make a bee-line for me! Over this one, however I have complete control!
I also got three other blocks made this week. Here is the total sum of my progress this week. I thought I'd nearly caught up, but have at least three more to go.

Lovely blocks. I am soooo far behind! I haven't made a single brown one yet and the last couple of months I've missed a block or two here and there. Oh well. Can't win 'em all.
Wonderful kitty block! I like the different shades of light brown backgrounds--you have a nice variety in your blocks. hugs, Julierose
Beautiful cat! You are nearly caught up! I'd better get some more blocks made.
Love the cat block! I have a copy of that TS Eliot book, somewhere.
Your blocks are all wonderful. I'm partial to cats, so I really like the cat block!
Great blocks - love the thimble kitty!
Uh oh. It looks like an xray of a kitten that has gotten into some trouble in the sewing room. Good thing it won't need an operation. : )
Cute cat! And good job on those blocks. I'm glad to be done with the brown, aren't you?
Very cute cat.
Love your kitties - for the same reason. Plus they are cute!
Hugs
Pretty little Kitty. It was good to take a tally and see just where I was with the RSC projects.
Great blocks. I'm loving the caramel and chocolate tones in your fabrics. Mmm! Makes me hungry for a sweet treat.
Love all of the blocks, but the cat block is so cute!

Thimble is adorable!
Ah! Your blocks are totally the cat's meow!
Thank you Lee Anna; now I know where all my thimbles went!
