No one is going to throw you or of RSC just because of the shade of Teal you chose. Personally I think that the color everyone is describing is Aqua. I've always thought tail is a darker color! I don't know, I haven't ventured into the fabric yet to see. I'm wondering about my interpretation because at a class last weekend I asked the tutor for "Kingfisher Blue" paint and she said "oh you mean Turquoise". ;o)Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11197459421789372166noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3778577918726427465.post-12427403432068686092014-03-02T02:21:44.655+01:002014-03-02T02:21:44.655+01:00Teal is a tricky one because it is a colour that s...Teal is a tricky one because it is a colour that some people see as blue and some see as green. I have towels that I am sure are green but some friends swear are blue. That's teal I guess!

So if your fabrics for the teal look a bit different from your blues, you can say they are teal an no-one can argue.

Like the commenter above, I have no idea what the difference between indigo and violet is, either!Vireyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16464838238295059335noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3778577918726427465.post-74827128537243108122014-03-01T23:13:37.850+01:002014-03-01T23:13:37.850+01:00Marly, all your blocks are looking beautiful. I think this month, I may be making more scraps than using them because I believe I have more aqua/teal FQs and yardage than actual scraps ... of course, after I pull out my blue and green scrap bins and go looking for aquas and teals, I may find more than I think. sophiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13408822963659450038noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3778577918726427465.post-91403185511054191062014-03-01T15:59:59.492+01:002014-03-01T15:59:59.492+01:00Great blocks and teal, aqua....they both work!Great blocks and teal, aqua....they both work!Connie Kresin Campbellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02522467890442085228noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3778577918726427465.post-27726679723702880292014-03-01T15:58:32.760+01:002014-03-01T15:58:32.760+01:00Anything that looks green with blue or blue with g...Anything that looks green with blue or blue with green will work.
